I have a 2002 S4 6 speed manual with a little over 37,000 miles on it, I purchased the car new, it's completely stock, perfect condition (always garaged, never in an accident, well maintained, driven modestly (I am 58 years old)). Black with the alcantara black/silver interior, most options but without the sunroof. Had the timing belt changed in 2009, have about 10,000 miles on the Michelin Pilots. Thoughts?

Used retail price should be around the 15K mark due to the fact of low miles. A 2002 just sold here in Victoria for 15900 with 50000km (about the same as yours) at the dealer. I would look to get 11-13k private, 8k on trade in. Hope that helps, and its just my oppinion on what I would be looking to get.
