Default Vibration starting at 60mph?

I've noticed lately that when I go above 60mph I get a slight vibration in the car...I think it's from the front end but I'm not positive. Anyway, the longer the car runs, the less it vibrates. After running for 20 minutes or more, the vibrations are barely perceptable. Also, under 60mph, you can't feel them at all.

You can't feel it through the steering...it's almost as if the whole car is vibrating...but I can detect it most through my feet.
-Chicago Joe

Default My guess is that at least one of the rear wheels is out of balance...

or it can be that if the car has been sitting in one spot for quite awhile, the tires will get a temporary flat spot (happened more in the old days), and it's dependent upon the type of tire, I believe.

Default I don't leave my car sitting still very long

I drive it at least once a day...

For example, today, I drove it for about 30 minutes along the interstate at about 80mph...the vibration was there in the beginning...and faded away. I parked it for about 3 hours, then drove home. The vibration was there initially, and then vanished again.
-Chicago Joe

Default I'd still lean toward something simple like a rear wheel...

out of balance. Other thing could be some crud inside the tire--like some pieces of rubber from tire mounting floating around inside. I've seen that before.

If you're up for it - start swapping your spare tire around to locate the offending one.
