Everyone that posted about the mirrors not getting due justice in their pictures was 100% correct. I will try to take nice high resolution (non-glared/flared) pics when I get the car back home.

The mirrors while they are silver, are not chrome shiny like the door handles. Rather, they have a plastic-y texture to them (a visual texture if you will). It's hard to explain but it really does look neat. My first reaction was indeed "Woah!" Now I just have to see if that reaction carries over the next few weeks.

A few things of note that I had questions about. It's been a looooooong time since i'd seen a stock s4 in person (I test drove the car in Febuary and haven't seen a stock s4 up close since).

Did the 2000 S4 have exhaust tips on it? My '01 came with some rounded tip's but for some reason I don't remember ever seeing them on the 00's. Am I wrong? I probably am...

Another thing, when you open the front doors to the car, is there a rubber/metal S4 strip on the bottom door sill?

Also, does the fuese panel have a cover on it normally? or do you see everything when you open the door?

Oh yeah... I don't have a changed logo on my car... I'll ask the dealer about it when I pick it up.

ya the metal s4 strip, and round exhaust tips are on the 2000's, i believe there should be a cover for the fuses as well
