War program on PBS' "Frontline": Did anyone here see it?
I planned to but got busy & forgot. Duh! It comes on here again at 2 a.m. Eastern, tho, so I can stay up if it's worthwhile; comments or a synopsis from anyone who saw it would be welcomed. Unfortunately I cannot record a program right now. I chose this group for discussion because as a whole its members are smarter than participants in most chat rooms, IMHO. Also, the subject came up here last night; let's avoid name-calling this time, OK?

I will watch after checking out web site info
Such as the origins of the "U.S. can act alone" policy from Paul Wolfowitz in 1991 -- or was it 92? And, yes, PBS has a history of a liberal slant in its reputation, but I don't think it's as bad as before -- especially on Frontline. The text I read on this site makes clear that Saddam has been deceitful, etc. But even if there is a liberal slant, so what? Are we supposed to watch only Fox or something? Valuable information to help people form sound opinions can come from the left or right, IMHO.

http://www.pbs.org/</a
