Default Warranty & Blown Turbos from Mods
Curious if anyone has blown their turbo's w/ an aftermarket chip and gotten warranty work done to replace them.

Did you just stock back the chip or did you put full stock exhaust back on?

Default Ummmm, you probably won't get many answers on this subject...
But, you should be fine w/ the exhaust and the stock chip (w/ codes - the low voltage code 8^ P)

I know a guy who did it, he put the stock chip in but left the exhaust and suspension on

By all means get the Dp's out and while you're at it, just put the stock exhaust back in. I was just thinking cat-back...sorry.

Default Yes, but...
What if he replaces the downpipes, puts the stock ECU in, and THEN takes the car to the dealer, only to discover that the warranty was voided. That could suck.

Full exhaust equaled a big "FU" from my dealer and me never buying another Audi - Good luck!
