Default Is warranty time day specific or month specific?

I really need to know. My service advisor in Dallas swears its month specific. The Collection in Miami swears its day specific. "sorry sir, your warranty ran out on Dec 7th". Funny, the bastards, all that for a lighter fuse. I always thought that the warranty ran out at the end of the month.

Day. From the day you take delivery.

Default Weird, I'd figure they would extend you a courtesy since you are only shortly out of warranty.

Did you buy from the dealership that you are trying to get the service at? My boss got Nissan to pony up for two oxygen sensors two months after he was out of warranty. And he never had one scheduled maintenance done at the dealership. Just oil changes at a local shop.

Default Not according to my dealer and AOA. Mine just expired in December..

and both told me it's always been based on the end of month.

it's by the day, but there is a 30 day grace period. I know this for a fact.
