should both hoses (the one that attaches to bottom of N75 and the one coming out the post pointing to passenger side) hold pressure or not 'leak' when blown into?

The straight one coming off the nipple pointing to passenger side is very hard to blow into, and when a pressurized source is put on the wastegates crack around 7-9 psi.

The hose coming off the bottom (90 degree angle up) is like blowing through a straw. Is that right or should it be very hard to blow in as well??

Just trying to solve an overboost issue. New N75 didn't fix it, pressure test didn't reveal any leaks except where the brake booster was capped, which was fixed.

But it could still have a leak, and you can't test the line unless you plug the other side which is on the compressor outlet. Not feasible.

We used this device that amplified leak sounds from a mic when I worked at Swift in the composites department. We'd look for leaks in the bags before they went into the autoclave.
