Default Well I managed to install my straight pipe system. Does anyone know who sells bullet resonators...

similar to the ones on the Autospeed TruDual system? I need to tone down the system a bit before my neighbors complain.

Aside from being too loud, the sound is very cool.

Default I had disabled the mufflers in my G2 and the system wasn't loud enough. The straight ...

pipe system does sound really cool. Also the ID of the center muffler is only ~2", which you can see in the pic below and some of the others in my pic poster.

Maybe my ears are shot from my motorcycle. I'll check Borla's site. Thanks.

Default here are some really nice ones I can across when doing my old GTi's custom setup...

<img src="http://www.burnsstainless.com/UltraliteMuffler/SSmuf-2.gif"><img src="http://www.burnsstainless.com/UltraliteMuffler/a_SSmuf-8.gif">

downside is price.. 2 1/4" ID, 4 1/2" OD, 14" long about the same as the twin 2's is &amp;#36;214.00 each, positive is they only weigh in at 2.9 lbs each.

they have tons of stock sizes and can even do custom if your project requires.

they even have shorty versions if you just want something very minor in there...

It kind of defeats the purpose of having that beefy pipe leading up to the muffler.

Default Thanks. I did see those at one point but I figured they probably would not ...

do much to tame the loud bass which is the main source of loudness. Those mufflers are real nice.

I'll have to drive around with my video camera tomorrow and get some clips.
