Default Well, installed a MBC parrell to the N75 this weekend....

the difference is night and day....smooth, strong...no more cutting of the throttle. Still have some minor tweaking to do, but overall, extremely happy

Default Only way you can really take advantage of it....

PEB Throttle Cut Defender. Otherwise, you will cut throttle if you turn the MBC up and deviate to far from the requested boost.

Default I thought I explained it to you via e-mail. Maybe I left that part out...

It is essentially a MAP clamp that places a limit on what the ECU and VAG can read for boost levels. As a result, beyond those levels, you can run more boost than the chip is requesting without the ECU cutting throttle because it thinks it is actually making less boost. This is what I have on my car, which allows me to spike to ~19 psi. It is also used on many k04'd cars that use k03 s/w because they run the MBC in place of the N75 to run a flat boost level across the rpm. Without the PEB-TCD, you would cut throttle once the actual boost deviates too far beyond the requested. This MAP clamp eliminates the problem. E-mail me if you want to know more. You still have my addy I assume.

Default Don't forget to close the small bleed hole.

Not important at all IMO. Everyone I know hasn't done it and it runs just fine....
