what is the best tire size to use with 18x8.5" wheels? I got 215 35's on there and they're too thin

sorry son, that is damn too thin. best bet would be to go with 235/40/18s if you aint that slammed with a lowered suspension.....

Default no worries then for you, cause 225s in S03s run wide...
thus 225s in S03s, are near equivalent to 235s or higher in other brand tires...

Default werd, way to thin, got stock suspension for right now, but will prolly go down about 1" in the next
month

Default i guess you'd live...however....
you probably dont have any protection for your wheels against curbs, cause the tires are probably streched like no tomorrrow....

Default uh, nobody, it was my f up. flog me later...
I had the tires before the wheels and was hoping they would fit cause they are good tires with about 85% still on them, but when I scored the 8.5's I quickly realized my issue.
So is a 235/40 the way to go then? 245/35?
