What is the cause for the door pillars or rear deck to rattle!

Well depends what is causing it.
Make sure your rear seats are fully latched... thats the most common cause of rattles in the back of the car. I had a bunch of rattles when I got my car back from the dealer before, I ended up taking apart a bunch of my interior and putting it back together "right" to fix it. I had a really bad one in my dash but taking out and replacing the instrument cluster and the plastic bezel behind the steering wheel fixed it.
