what could make my 99 a4 quattro not communicate with scanner?
my 99 a4 b5 wont pass inspection because the machine cant communicate with it. However i can scan it fine with my actron obd2 scanner. Thoughts? ive been told its probably a module interfering with it, Abs module perhaps...
