What do you guys suggest? MTM/Koni setup or MTM/Bilstein? Any experience with either?

Well I got MTM/Bilstein
Never, ridden in Koni. In hindsight, I'd go Koni, because the Bilstein ride is good. Sounds wrong, but it makes me think I could get more out of it. I wonder if 18x8.5 BBS would work on full MTM, because it won't with MTM/Bilstein.

FWIW Konis sold w/the MTM Full kit are the only dampers properly valved to match MTM/Eibach springs
Unless you have a set of Bilstiens custom valved, their "off the shelf" S4 shocks are not perfectly matched to the length/rate of the MTM/Eibach springs. This is also true of "normal" Koni Sports dampers for the S4. The Koni shocks sold with/for the MTM suspension have been tuned to MTM spec just for that kit and the S4.

Sorry, no perfect height (springs accomodate), it's too soft, or tame, or civilized
Needs to be firmer for BBS wheels, in any event. People have rubbing issues without full MTM or coilovers.
