What do you guys think of my LTFT?
Block 32
B1S1 idle: +.9% at part: -6.3%
B2S2 idle: 0% at part: -7%
btw, does removing the ecu reset this? Is there an easier way to reset it via vag-com? (I recently replaced an O2 sensor that was going south)

It continually adjusts itself. Maybe you have a plug going bad...
Causing part throttle richness on one bank. Any DTC's? Could also be a sensor anomaly. I'd leave it alone if you have no symptoms and have swapped out the plugs. -6 is well within adjustment range and a bit of richness is quite safe.

My part throttle LTFT seem to be best at -7, which
puts my o2 reading around .86 at WOT.
