what is the exact size of our rear license plate bulbs?

i want to order some LEDs, but not sure if they are 39mm or 42mm? also are the bulbs seeing 12 volts or 14 volts?

12 volts, package just says 6418, probably doesn't help

I am almost positive they are 39mm. Definately not 42mm.
