Default What are good tires for my S4, 235/45/17

I just brought a used 2001 Audi S4, The tire on it are Flakin and 2 are almost bold, 2 are ok, The tires on right now are for mud and snow and sound like a jeep, What are good brand for all seasons for these cars,? I live like 2 hours away from the major city..thanks

Default i'm waiting for my continental extremecontacts to get in.

i've heard those are pretty good as far as all-seasons since they work well both in wet and dry weather, as well as light snow duty. so i hear. and they're pretty inexpensive. i've had bridgestone potenza RE750 summer tires, they're pretty good too. i like them a lot. i have those on my daily driver and will probably switch up between it and my S4 come summertime and just use the all seasons on my daily driver.

Default IME, performance wise is Bridgestone RE960 A/S = Michellin PilotSport A/S >> Pirelli P-Zero

Nero M+S, but cost wise is: Michellin $$$ > Bridgestone $$ > Pirelli $.

I have also heard good things about Goodyear F1 A/S and Yokohama Advant+4.

Default All seasons are such an oxy-moron. Tires are a compromise. They are either good on snow/ice or...

hot pavement. Not both.
