What the hell!!!?!?! got 235/40/18's mounted on 18 x 8.5 rims, and there is some minor rubbing!!!???

Default What the hell!!!?!?! got 235/40/18's mounted on 18 x 8.5 rims, and there is some minor rubbing!!!???
don't understand, stock suspension, I just bought a set of BBS CH, and my front tires rub on intense cornering.....
and I was thinking about dropping the car......

Default yikes.....well I suppose you could upgrade the shocks and keep the stock springs.....
the car wouldn't be lower, but the rubbing would more than likely be eliminated due to the reduction in body roll.

Contrary to popular belief (or knowledge I should say), upgrading just the shocks makes a VERY nice difference in handling.

You also might consider a stiffer rear sway bar. This should help too....even on the front wheels.

Default your going to need to chuck the 235's for 225's.
or your going to need to do some major fender rolling........and even then ?
