power isn't measured too often (dyno). Your best bet is to
maybe base your desire for performance on something like 1/4 mile times for instance, and then factor in driving skill.
what is it you're looking for? 1/4 mile, 50 mph acceleration, handling, stopping.....?

Dependant on conditions and driver, you can get into the 13s with just bolt ons (and just a chip should get you there with no problem).

http://www.s4biturbo.com/timeslips.cgi</a

you should be able to pull low 13 EASILY with dp, cb and a chip,
even with a botched launch.
run 1.8 60' time with those mods and you'll do 13-13.2 no problem. ABT chip with 104 octane appears to adapt the nicest out of all chips that are not race chips (XR chip from GIAC and APR's race program).
Get lighter wheels, suspension, lighter brakes and a race chip and you should get into the 12's no problem. If you can drive, you might keep up with Piggie!
