What is my car worth...pics included

I'm kinda going back to school, more the case is that I finally got accepted to a good school and really need money to pay for it.
This is the car. '01.5 Pearl white with the silver interior. 6-speed. It has the cold/ Premium pakages too, no nav or sport trim. Had the timming belt (whole ECS KIT) service done at 60k the car has like 62.5k on it now. The brakes were just done too. Front Rotors with Pagid blue pads and rears as well. Very clean not even a door ding.
I was thinking $23,500 with the AVUS wheels and blizzacks, and $25k with the SSR wheels...what do you think?
