I've been averaging 215-220 °F.

Mine always sits just below the halfway point (is that 250ºF?)

Default 215-225 for normal driving(no hills, very little WOT)
That is with Mobil1 OW-40.

Hard street driving can get up to 250-275(my experience)

Even on hot days I'm not pushing past 225. @250-275 in 90 degrees on a track once was the hottest.

200 - 225, outside temperature dependent w/ Mobil 1 0W-40

Hard driving at Palomar Mountain on a 60 degree day still gets my car 275+ REAL fast.

Default You want it over boiling point of water, and probably under 275, give or take
over 212 is essential to drive condensation out of the oil before it mixes with waste products and forms acid.

I'm usually around 220...Mobil 1 0W-40. I wait until 200 to give it any boost.
