What transmission fluid to I need to use for 6 speed manual?....

alot of info on this topic...but history says to not use anything with GL-5 in the tranny..
 

however, Motul and a few other companies make a fluid that is compatible with BOTH GL4 and GL5. Its called Motul 300 75w90. Red line also makes some good stuff, called MT-90 which is only a GL4 fluid.

Some will even say you can use any 75w90 synthetic gear oil. This is a touchy subject, good luck. ;)

I have had good luck with Redline MT90. You will need to purchase 3 quarts.

Use the Redline MT90 GL-4.
