What to Wax car with? And where in Bay Area to get stuff?
2 Questions?
1) What to use to wax the car.
2) Where in the Bay Area is a good place to buy stuff to wax car.
Also I need a good place to get more terry towels and new cloth diapers. I use those things for washing etc.

Here are my suggestions...
Car Wash: Zymol Concentrated Car Wash (clear bottle with dark blue liquid)
Wax: One Grand Blitz Wax
Leather: Lexol
The accessories you can get anywhere. If you canot find this stuff in a store, which can be extremely difficult, then look on the net. That is how I get the blitz wax...

There is a shop in Fremont CA (a paint shop) that has tons of stuff....
Don't remember the name...but I remember exactly where it is...if you are interested.
Corner of Fremont Blvd...and Peralta Blvd...actually the adjacent store has NASCAR
banners all over it...they sell those little 1/43 scale cars...
The paint store I am talking about is NOT open on weekends....and it also sells in
MEGA-quantities. I saw alot of Meguiars stuff there.

P.S. There is another shop in Belmont (another paint shop) that sells tons of stuff
as well. I think it is on Industrial Blvd.

Check car care specialties on line. They have all kinds of detailing prosucts including all the German stuff-- Sonex, Wurth, PS21. Sonex makes a very good cleaner wax. Also PS21 makes a nice glaze to be followed by Carnuba wax-- Blitz is very good. Some high dollar stuff is Sur luster. I have a casablanca white A4 2.8 so I haven't noticed much difference. once I wax my charcol grey 911 maybe I'll see a difference.
