tensioner seals - $18
Valve Cover Gaskets - $50
time\labor - depends what he quotes your for. for me he took around 3 hoursish $170-$200
if you have the special tool and the time, you could do it your self. its is somewhat difficult depending on how much chain tension you can release. hope this helped.
