Whats the noise coming from the Turbos or around when engine is off and ignition is just turned on ?

Whats the noise coming from the Turbos or around when engine is off and ignition is just turned on ?
A kind of whistle coming from around the turbos ? Any ideas what the sound can be ?

The arming mechanism for the explosives on your turbos. "Blowing your turbos" isn't just a figure of
speech.
I have always wanted a button that read:
"Push to test"
followed by
"Release to detonate"

Seems surprising no one has offered up a clue what the sounds are when you turn the key.
Yes, these are normal sounds we all get when we turn our cars on.
There are obviously many processes that initiate when you first turn on the ignition (including the throttle adaptation stuff), but I for one do not know the complete laundry list of what happens uner the hood.
