Default normal on 0w30 for me is like 200 - 225 F, oil press. varies w/rpm, and i don't know the exact
range, and engine temp(coolant?) is around 212 F all the time. (needle in the middle)

Like what do your guages read when your car is started and in idle..?RPM TEMP ETC>>

Default 800 rpm, coolant rises from the left to theee middle, and the battery voltage goes from ~12 to 14.5,
and the other stuff builds up to whatever man.

Default ive had the coolant 2 ticks to the right once :-)
i was driving like a monkey on speed though :-) 15 min cooldown :-)
