Default What's the status of ASP's front mount IC? (rumor, gossip, & hearsay OK)

It wouldn't be wise to spend $400 on WI, then turn around and spend more money buying their new IC. If the IC is very good I doubt I would need the water injection, especially with being limited to APR's boost levels. thanks

Default not worth the money?

When you factor out the prices of an Electric Fan Kit, Oil Cooling Kit, Power Steering Cooling Kit and custom hoses, you are left with a Front Mount Intercooler in the $1000 price range, if not lower. Thats less than the APR/RS4 or AWE kits.

Default Just got off the phone with Mark and had a brief discussion in reference to them...

The preliminary feedback from them looks extremely positive judging from the intake temps and timing after many hard runs. Apparently it is maintaining a consistent temp over ambient even after multiple runs. I do not have numbers, but this tid bit might clue everyone into this system's advantages. The huge difference in this FMIC will be not only on the street, but also the track (road course that is) where the air flow through the cooling rows is imperative.
Now...why a KO4 setup would not benefit from this as per BBB...I just don't know how that speculation is justified.
