Default wheel height

I have seen some posts about tire height needing to be equal or close to it for quattro. I'm thinking of staggering 235-35-19 front and 265-30-19 rear. That's 25.48" and 25.26" respectively. The wheels are 19x8 and 19x9.5 w/ 35 and 40 offset. Are there negative consequences if I can fit these? And yes I plan on modding the fenders abit.

Why do you waste my time with an opinion I didn't ask for?

Default ok you want an answer to your question, yea i think that not matching the height front and rear

thus not matching rolling diameter front to rear will, as i've heard sooo many times before, **** with quattro. i dont know if 1/4" is enough to matter though.
doesn't take a genius to realize that if you change these diameters the front and rear will be rotating at different speeds. quattro may interpret that as wheel slip... from there i'm not really clear on what happens, but i'm sure it shouldn't be like that all the time.

Default Re: The quattro system will be fine as the difference in tire diameters is less than 1%...

Thanks an actual response worth reading, sometimes I'm surprised that many of these "enthusiast's" even have Driver's Licenses. By the way it would be a street setup with track wheels being the stock s4 wheels.
