Wheel spacers, how are H&R's? Any better? $85 a pair sound about right?

Wheel spacers, how are H&R's? Any better? $85 a pair sound about right?
I'm looking at 12mm on stock rims. SPP wants 3 bucks a bolt for longer bolts. Is that high?
