When do you call it quits on adding new mods? When is the point you have enough mods?

Default When do you call it quits on adding new mods? When is the point you have enough mods?

Is there a rule of thumb for this or any wisdom beyond "you can never have enough mods!".

I am looking for some feedback from people who can say "I have enough mods" and why.

Default I'm facing the same question

I have 70k on my car. I've got a new front bumper and sourced out a euro rear, rs6 headliner, and the list goes on. there needs to be a helpline 1-800-stopmods

Default If I could do it all over again, I think my first mod would be driving school...

seem like guys and gals on this forum who know their stuff all have this as a common denominator. I'm sure that driving school would make me more cautious and thoughtful about what type of mods would give me the most bang for the S.

Having said all of the above, I've mentally told myself to stop after Stage 3...or was it after the BBK...hmm...never ends I guess.

Default You are ahead of me. I have about 64K in my car now (bought it new).

I have one major mod left (that I know of). Fueling for my K04's.

Default I have already done driving school (Pro Performance). That was alot of fun.

The only problem I had that the drive back on the freeway after sliding around corners over 100 MPH seemed pretty slow.

Was it your first mod, though?

When another car comes along that can give me more for less.

Default No. It was about the 3rd mod. Had been chipped and cat-back before that.

Frankly, it is alot more fun and alot more practical to handle your car with "some" mods on the track.
