Which is the best gear to do a pull on, for our cars?

Default 3rd....

Most dyno rooms don't even have adequate fan coverage for 3rd gear pulls...

We test in 3rd,4th,5th here...

If I had to recommend a single gear for testing, it would be 3rd.

Default I agree, we test in 3rd. Figure you are approx. 80-85mph in 3rd... most

dyno shops dont have fans that can simulate that kind of wind velocity and flowrates.

Do you see a significant differnce in HP and torque in either 4th and third Tony?

Default Yes, differences in both HP and torque. Keep in mind that differences will.....

be directly related to IAT and lack of airflow across the nose of the car.
