Hi,

Much like many of you I have intermittent cruise control. After some googling seems like it may be a faulty module or faulty soldering in the module. Trouble is I don't know where to find it. I have a 2000 S4. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone has a good control module hey want to sell please let me know.

B5 S4 has no control module, CC is handled in the ECU by the same code that does the throttle --- drive by wire throttle and all.

Modle likely problem is in the switch. You can troubleshoot it with VAG-COM, Engline control -> Measuring blk 066.
