I saw 0-30 at Bellevue's Target and Issaquah's GI JOE, not sure if they have 0-40 tho.

Which one is "better", 0w-30 or 0w40?

Default i'm no expert but i thought 0W-30 fits better with seattle's weather?

we rarely get over 80 degree.
what do you think?
correct me if i'm wrong

Default well, the weather has more implication on the first number.

The operating temperature of the engine will be pretty close to the same whether it is 80 degrees or 100 degrees outside.

I don't really know which will hold up better for spirited driving and higher engine temps. The 0w-40 may be better for that.
