Where's the cheapest/best place to buy a V1??
I've been to their site but I was wondering if I could get it cheaper somewhere else. Thanks,
Rick

You can sometimes find them om e-bay but the best is to suck it up and buy from Valentine. There support is great and you won't save much and have no warranty if purcahsed elsewhere.

I purchase mine from V1 but it was discounted, I think about 50 bucks because someone had sent it back because they did not want to keep it. I got the remote/stealth unit discounted for the same reason. All with the regular warranties as well as 30 day trial period.
For me it's almost like extra insurance, I plan to do Lojack soon too.

Refurbished from Valentine
is probably the cheapest that you can get and still have warranty coverage.
I think it's like $50 off. Essentially it gets gutted and all new electronics get put in. So only the case is old.

Just got mine this week. Asked for refurb, they didn't have any.
Said it would be a few weeks. But I got it in 3 days and it looks brand new, no indication anywhere of being returned, not even on receipt. Got it for $359.
John
