Whining/hissing noise, is it bad power steering pump or bad turbo, they both have the same type of noise right?

run a search bud... you'll find the info needed. Plus with us actually there to listen to it... makes it very difficult to get a diagnosis.

^ Truth. If you can, take a vid, upload and post it here. The P/S pump (when low on fluid) makes a sort of whining noise on startup and when turning. The system leaks at the connections to the P/S cooler in front of the condenser if the stock clamps are still on it. If you're low, locate the leak and fix it. Then, add some Lucas oil to the reservoir, let it the engine run and turn the wheels back and forth. Then top off with PSF.

You would hear the dentist drill noise or otherwise when going into boost if it were your turbos. The P/S pump wont make much different of a racket upon acceleration.
