who to complain to ?
Okay, in the ongoing saga of my dealer ordering the wrong car and then telling me that I get to pay another $1000 for the '01 model, I've realized that I need to try and complain to someone 'higher up'. Anybody got any suggestions about who I might send a letter to? Since the sales manager at the dealership is no help, I'm assuming that I should try someone at Audi of America directly?

Start with the General Manager of the dealership
If you're not satisfied, ask them for the phone number of Audi Client Relations. In my own experience, Audi Client Relations may or may not be helpful.
