Default Who here has bought from Harborfreight? Ordered something on 3/19 and still nothing.
I ordered on 3/19, got confirmation email on 3/20 and then never heard anything after that. My credit card has not been charged. I emailed them asking for an update on my order but still haven't received anything.
HIS4 is offline

pick up the phone. cust. service is usually a lot faster via phone than e-mail

Default How slow is slow.
They're website says 48 hours processing time which is already long by internet business standards. It's been 8 business days now.
