Default Who here has upgraded from the old GIAC chip to the X chip? Impressions?
Does the new chip produce that much more psi, or are there other factors envolved?

Day and night difference. 2lbs more boost timing advanced 5 degrees

Default I dont think they would have made a unreliable chip......
but anyway i beat the s**t out of my car and
had no problems

Default I hated the regular garret program when i first tried it...
i thought it was noticably slower than any other chip i tried. How ever the new programing is pretty wild and definitely worth the upgrade. Acceleration in 1st and 2nd especially is illegal in all 50 states!!
