Why is Clair Motor Parts charging me Mass sales tax? Where are they located? (called nobody there)
 

I was going to buy the Audi Sport license plate holder, but if they are in MA I'll go pick it up...

Clairparts is Clair Motors wholesale division. The stuff is stored onsite in a warehouse. The Audi parts guys at the dealer can hook you up.

They don't like it when you pick it up for some reason.

Yes. Parts department is at the back of the showroom.
 

It's usually busy because the parts desk is for Audi, Porsche, MB, and Honda.

they'll charge tax if your "shipto" is in mass, or if you pick it up
 

if your shipto is out of mass, then they messed up and you should call them.
