Why does the ad for Phatnoise Digital Car Audio System say "available only from Audi"?

Default Why does the ad for Phatnoise Digital Car Audio System say "available only from Audi"?
I got mine from www.phatnoise.com, and I have heard of many people getting them from clairparts. It's not like there's any difference in the one that you buy from audi.

Default Clairparts is Audi.
Not sure how you got it directly from Phatnoise, if you go there and click on Audi to order, you get redirected to the AudiUSA site.
