Wideband O2 guys, have a question for ya...
I have the downpipes off my car right now. Should I install the bung for the wideband O2 now or wait until the dps are back on the car? On one hand, it seems like it would be easier to operate with the dps off the car but then I worry my placement won't be correct (that the angle of the sensor might hit the chassis or something when back on the car). The downside is that it seems rather tight to weld a bung with the dps on the car. Thoughts?

Hmmm, tough one there...I'm lucky(well kinda) with the Labrees I can
take the cat off and have them put it there being it's just six nuts and bolts. I'd say test fit it at least, measure, take out, install bung, reinstall dp. A little more time, but worth it IMO.

Actually, it looks like the ASP dps have a junction aft of the flex joint, so...
I could attache the dps to the motor but remove aft of the flex joint for bung location. Hmm...

I had mine welded on with the DP's in place. It didn't seem to be
that much trouble for the guy doing the work to do it with the DP's on the car. They key is to make sure that where you weld it will allow clearance to put the sensor in.

Zeitronix ZT-2 Install FAQ
