Default put some dielectric grease on the connections to help dissipate the heat from the extra wattage..

I think you can get that **** at RadioShack.

I've had 100 watt fogs since April and have them on most of the time, no problems here.

Default I have 70W w/o any grease or anything and all's well...the only prob could be if you have ClearBra..

or something else to protect the glass - this insulates the glass too much and can cause them to overheat. If you do have something on the glass, just trim it back like 1/8" to 1/4" back (leaving the outside perimeter exposed) to let the heat out...you should be OK otherwise.

Default Yep, about 10, 15 min per fog.

Guess the hardest part is getting the fog grill out as it feels like it may break.
