Default Will the car be in safe mode if a code is stored in history.
The CEL in on and off again. This code (P1138) is stored refering to the B2S1 O2 sensor. The performance seems down by a slight amouny. Will this code reduce output from one or both turbo(s).

It shouldn't but you should reset and let the car adapt with a good sensor
