Have a 10" Sub sitting in my garage and was thining of adding it to the Bose system. I like this option better than the deck stealthbox w/ 2-10" because I don't really need 2 subs. I know the platforms are very similar so I figured maybe this would fit.

if it fits the Passat, it should fit in the S4.

won't fit the same as passat. You'd have to make it fit. and that's not for sure either.

can you buy the stealthbox without the sub? I would love to see if it fits, if it does, i would buy it. Maybe call JL and ask if theres any locations near you that have them in stock that you could test fit real quick. Let me know how it goes.

It says fwd only, NOT the 4-Motion. The rear suspension is different on the FWD B5s, there is a metal insert where the top shock mounts in the upper wheel well. This welded-in panel is completely is different on FWD. I recently was comparing the two as I was gonna do a FWD to Quattro conversion on an A4.

I guess that the box is specifically shaped for the FWD trunk, not the Quattro trunk. It should be close, only the side facing the wheel would be different.

I am about to get one custom made. I am stating to think I should get a few made - I have seen a bit of interest...
