Would a bad evap purge valve (N80) cause...
the car to have difficulty starting after filling up with gas? When I unscrew the gas cap, I don't hear a vaccuum exchange. I have to crank it for a good 10 seconds to start the engine. I also hear a muffled knocking from under under the hood, as if something is loose.
I also have poor mileage, but don't know if this is related.
I have these two codes:
16825 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect Flow
P0441 - 35-00 - -
16839 - EVAP System: Large Leak Detected
P0455 - 35-00 - -
And yes, my gas cap is on tight.
TIA

if vac hoses, and the line by exhaust check out fine, it's the gas cap.
you can test the gas cap if you put some plastic foil on it (it will seal up well) and tighten it.. let the car go through a few cycles and check the system.. Ericvonha had this problem STFA for his write up.
