Would I be ok with installing this ecode with this type of damage?
Long story short, here is a replacement light I have to put on my car. Is this going to give me any problems in the long run? Notice the crack.

you should be fine
My old A4 was just like that, maybe even worse. and as far as I know the same ecodes are still on the car. its going on a few years having been like that with no problems.
