would it make sense that I am seeing 5-7 better MPG with 100octane vs. 91...i drive pretty much the
same on both - as in quite a bit of WOT, but the 91 software is reading on the computer with substantially worse gas mileage...don't think that it's enough of a difference to balance out the price of the 100 for everyday driving, but was wondering if anyone else experiences anything similar...or is it just something flakey with switching ECU's or software or something.

probably something with the software
My average reads 17.5mpg, running 93 or 100, even if I reset it before each tank. I never tried 91, except maybe in rental cars and trucks
