WTF?!?! UPS "misplaced" another package of mine (3 times in a row now over the last 2 months)!

WTF?!?! UPS "misplaced" another package of mine (3 times in a row now over the last 2 months)!
They always end up "finding" them... a week later, but still, then my packages are a week late. Not to mention the aggrevation of having $1100 worth of stuff just in limbo.
UPS.com lists that they were scanned in to Harrisburg (about an hour west of me) on Wednesday, after that... nothing. Guy called from UPS Customer Care (I swear its always the same guy, too) and left the same message, verbatim, as he always does; "this is so and so at the UPS handling facility... unfortunately we seem to have misplaced your shipment(s). I'm sure they will be found shortly, and we will let you know as soon as we find them. Sorry again for this inconvenience."
