Default The A4 is much sportier feeling........

...I'm not the only one that feels this way, other folks on the A4 forum have mentioned the differences between the two cars and I recall Car and Driver magazine mentioning it as well.

Default Andy is right. The A4 suspension tuning is aimed at crisper and more agile handling than

what VW uses on the Passat. That doesn't mean you can't modify and tweak a Passat to handle as well as an A4. It's just that VW's factory settings for the Passat are aimed a bit more in the comfortable family hauler direction while Audi's are tuned for a sportier feel. As a result, they have distinctly different personalities right out of the box.

Personally, I can't wait to see how the A4 3.0 will compare against the 330.
