xpost...cheapest place to purchase Falken AZENIS ST115
<center><img src="http://www.aaarims.com/wheels/falken-azenis-st115-2.JPG"></center><p>in 235/40/18.
i searched and edgeracing has them for $121/tire but shipping to norcal is going to be $73.76 ground
discount tire direct is $122/tire and shipping is $38.38
is there anywhere else i can purchase tires with shipping cheaper than $526.38?
also how does the width of falken run? i had 225/40/18 kumho escta 712 and they were stretched on my 18*8.5 rims. i don't want to repeat that.

If shipping is an issue...try a local store...or Achtuning aren't they closer?
Maybe a local DiscountTire Store if you have one. Maybe check Falken's website for resellers closer to you....tax may be cheaper than shipping?
They run slightly on the small size width wise so you can run a wider tire than you would normally run. For example I ran 225/45/17 S03's and doubt I could go a full size up in the S03's but I was able to fit a 235/45/17 ST115 with room to spare.
Hope that helps...BTW: I just wrote up a review of the tires and linked it in case you didn't read it yet.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1926252.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1926252.phtml</a</li></ul>

235's will still be stretched out on 8.5" rims.
Stock 7.5" rims fit 225's. Since you have 8.5" rims, need 25 mm more = 225+25= 250 mm. Need at least 245's (255's better).

agree, and the ST115 runs a bit narrow. Check my pic poster to see....
I run 235s on 8.5 width rim, reminds me of running 225s. It is about 7mm too narrow. 245 should work, but then your attention should be on rubbing issues with your wheel/suspension setup.
