That's one of the nice things about going back east and hitting the slopes, so many audis, and even more avants. I see relatively few avants in LA, it's nice change.

Yup
Once in a while, anyway.
Up there with my daughters for a few days. Day 1: lovely rain, sleet, fog & OK snow on a few slopes. Cascade is a blast when you can't see farther than your ski tips! And boy do people drive stupid on the Killington access road at night! Day 2: mtn froze up hard as a rock. At least most people stayed away from Snowdon and some of the diamonds. Discovered that Imola Yellow in the Snowshed lot is visible from the top of the mountain. Day 3: Snow blowers started to make a difference & got some good runs on Wildfire before it got covered by 4-limbed speed bumps. Then a nice relaxing cruise home (funny how fast 5 hrs can go in a car like the S4).

Cool... we were in the black A4 1.8T avant. Saw you in a couple places...
We ended up leaving the same day and ran into you again at a rest stop in jersey or something, New Baltimore I think... Random...
we were there for two days only, just a warm up before my Jackson hole trip this week. Four days up there should be good, some ice is always a good break in for the soft stuff.
Take it easy!

R U the guy I met at the rest stop? Nice Avant.
B5 Avants are the nicest, IMHO. (dons flamesuit)
Since I had the world's most precious cargo (my daughters) I was sticking to 10 over. Otherwise, we could've cruised 87 at a more appropriate pace.
Have a blast in WY.
